The recording from the May 6th, 2024 Webinar on Identifying Anomalies in Clinical Trial Data with CTAS (Clinical Trial Anomaly Spotter) is now available. During this presentation, Pekka Tiikkainen (Bayer) provided an overview of the open-source R Package that identifies outliers and anomalies efficiently and accurately in clinical trial time series. The package can streamline audits and inspections by focusing on the most critical data anomalies and help promote compliance with regulators by having a systematic approach to data monitoring. In addition, a demonstration was presented showing users how to implement the package themselves. The presentation and demonstration were concluded by a Question and Answer session.
The package is freely available on GitHub: https://github.com/IMPALA-Consortium/ctas
The IMPALA Consortium invites all interested users to utilize the package, and send any questions or feedback to ctas@members.impala-consortium.org or pekka.tiikkainen@bayer.com.
